Spring Break

So as I mentioned last post (and you are so impressed I actually posted the next day right?) it was a total blizzard from Denver to Raton, NM on our first leg of the drive to AZ for Spring Break. We had originally planned to stay in Raton because it is close to Capulin Volcano, which you can go visit. But with the amount of snow on the ground in the morning we just left and went to warmer climes!

We had a lot of fun visiting with family, and my kids are always excited to go swimming, but we're always so pale.;)



At least Josh has a swim shirt to cover up his whiteness.


Had to post this one because...well, it's totally the Sasquatch pose right? ;) Just teasing you Brynna. She is such a good cousin/sister/kid. She is the oldest on my side and the closest girl her age is 7. She patiently goes to all these things that she is not interested in but hangs and is kind anyway.



The kids at Capulin Volcano. We went on the way home and look how much snow was still all around! It was a fun little side trip, interesting and not a lot of tourists or anything.


Proof that Curtis was with us...he worked all of Spring Break in AZ, but we forced him to have fun here and there. This was top of Capulin also.
